Question: How do you balance your Recruiting/Field Training/Personal schedules?
The problem most people have is that they don’t have a schedule. There are 168 hours in a week and 112 hours left if you sleep 8 hours a day. What are you doing with those 112 hours that you are awake? If you commit 56 of those hours to focused hard work you will achieve anything you want.
Question: What motivates you?
My parents came to the United States with nothing. They made a lot of sacrifices for my brother and I growing up. I want to make the same sacrifices but do so with the knowledge that I have a huge head start compared to where they were at. I am motivated by challenges, to win, and to help other achieve things they never thought they could achieve. I am motivated by the “impossible.”

1) Growth
2) Making sure I have no weak agents and if I do that I fix it.
3) That I learn something new each day.
4) That I form a habit each week that will lead to more success in 90 days.
5) Start each day positive and end each day positive.

Question: What advice would you have for other Managers to get to where you’re at?
Don’t expect things to happen overnight. Have a game plan and form the right habits to execute that game plan daily. The best time to plant a tree was 25 years ago but the best time is now. You have to work toward what you want intentionally and with a plan, not hoping it works out. Whatever you want to achieve starts right now.
