Question: How do you balance your Recruiting/Field Training/Personal schedules?
To be a successful manager you should have been a top producer at some point. Writing the business and success in the field gives you the credibility you’ll need to build a solid team. Having said that, field training is showing someone else what you did to get your SA contract in the first place: tons of activity, appointments, and sales of course! Personal recruiting can happen anywhere at any time. Personal schedule…ha...this is American Income! Worry about personal time when you hit at least your short term goals (90 day goals)
Question: What motivates you?
Nick Zangardi’s Financial Analysis (the sheet we get on 24th of each month true story)
Question: What are your top 5 Priorities each week?
Getting more appointments, working out in some form, leaving a positive impression with anyone I come in contact with, trying my best and accepting my shortcomings for that week, and taking one day at a time!
Question: What made this month so productive? Putting others first (Members, agents, etc.)
Question: What advice would you have for other Managers to get to where you’re at?
I have been around for some time now and I am still learning new things on how to improve at the business. The great thing about this business is at anytime you can reinvent yourself. If you’re not where you want to be, more importantly, where you KNOW you could be then change it up…Always remember that you have the power to do something that somebody somewhere will never forget! Aspire to inspire!
