Question: How do you balance your Recruiting/Field Training/Personal schedules?
There is no balance…you must do it ALL. Think about it what you need to do, put in a schedule and stick your schedule.

Question: What made this month so productive?
I pour into my guys and train them hard. I don’t care about being popular or making friends with my guys; that is all secondary. My job is to make them strong, capable servants and I take my job very serious. If you are serious enough about your job you will not only earn their friendship; you’ll gain their loyalty. That way everyone wins.
Question: What advice would you have for other Agents/Managers to get to where you’re at?
Stop worrying about things you cannot control and being friends with your agents. Your job is to make them successful. Do not lose track of what it took for you to get where you are and reinforce that to them. Remember, that as a leader you must lead from the front. Leading from the front will get you loyalty. Respect buys loyalty and ALP buys respect.
