Question: What advice would you have for other Agents/Managers to get to where you’re at? It’s not easy…don’t take the easy road. Be committed to your goals, dreams, and aspirations and be willing to put in the time and effort that is required for success. Remember, success is achieved by a small group of individuals and cannot be achieved by doing what everyone else is doing.
