Interview
Question: How do you balance your Recruiting/Field Training/Personal schedules?Still in the process of learning. You have to make it a point to work on it if you want to get better at it. I just try to use all my time to better my buisness. If you do that your buisness will always be growing.
Question: What motivates you? My family #1, I want to provide for my wife and future baby what I never had as a kid myself. Also competition, I hate losing and everything I have ever done I have worked to be the best at it. Why compete if you dont want to cross the finish line before the others?
Question: What made this month so productive? Work ethic. Its not always easy but if you push past your limits continuously your limits will continuously change. There are no limits in this buisness, only what you limit yourself to. Thats been true since I've been here.
Question: What advice would you have for other Agents/Managers to get to where you’re at? Work as hard as you can, with a great attitude. Believe everything thats been told to you. This is opportunity unlimited, its all about how bad you want it and what you are willing to give up to ac hieve success.Always be in the process of learning, no matter how good you are doing, you can always do better.
